Wenner Media is seeking a Product Manager to join its rapidly growing digital team. Working across their brands (Rolling Stone, Us Weekly and Men’s Journal), the ideal candidate will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: creating and prioritizing product and business requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with editorial, design, production, engineering, and sales to ensure business and user satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities:
•Understand and translate business objectives into compelling products
•Work collaboratively with teams to define UX specifications, prioritize features, build consensus and coordinate product schedules across multi-discipline teams
•Create product requirement documentation including user experience materials (wireframes, user flows, prototypes, functional specs, etc.)
•Facilitate communication throughout the product development process between a variety of internal teams including editorial, production, design, engineering, and executive stake holders
•Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy user needs
•Understand and implement SEO best practices from content and technical perspectives
•Maintain awareness of advancements in the UX and product development communities
•Act as a product evangelist within the company

Qualifications:
•Must have experience building interactive digital products previously in the entertainment and/or publishing arena
•Experience working with responsive design is a plus
•Experience developing registration based products is a plus
•Experience developing products for mobile and tablet devices is a plus
•Must have a passion for creativity and a desire to innovate
•Must have a strong sense of best practices for product development
•Comfortable with both traditional development methodologies and Agile Development
•Strong leadership and project management skills
•3+ years experience developing digital product
•Bachelor's degree
