We are looking for a Business Development/Sales Manager to generate, qualify and cultivate prospects for a lead generation website for Schools, Colleges and Universities.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Set and meet monthly tasks and quarterly goals
2. Develop, maintain and grow new client relationships
3. Draft agreements and overlook all sales initiatives
4. Work with Senior Management to develop and grow the sales pipeline


1. Proficient understanding of the lead gen industry and on how to pitch and sell leads to school, universities and colleges
2. Prior experience on how to prospect and build a pipeline
3. Proven ability to negotiate and close new business opportunities and increase client acquisition rates
