Traffic incoming campaigns into Viggle’s workflow systems - AdTech & the Viggle Admin Tool.
Daily management of our partnership, marketing and 3rd party ad network campaigns including trafficking, pacing and optimization.
Test all ad creative for compliance with mobile/tablet device specifications as well as functionality.
In conjunction with Campaign Manager and Media Reconciliation Analyst, review daily and weekly campaign reports to track performance and making optimization to drive maximum yield.
Partner with Ad Ops management, Marketing, Biz Dev, Customer Support, and Engineering to troubleshoot delivery issues and optimize campaign performance.
Work with Engineering & Revenue Ops to set technical functionality in place to deliver on waterfall of inventory.
Participate in initiatives that will automate and streamline yield mediation of our various networks.
Assist in implementing new ad networks or offerwalls for additional revenue streams.
Support the rest of the AdOps team as needed.


BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
1-2 years digital advertising operations experience (mobile preferred)
Knowledge of Digital media ad technologies (HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
Exceptional trouble-shooting and creative problem solving to meet high performance demands
Proactive learner with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with regularly shifting priorities & heavy workload.
Experience with digital ad servers (DFP, AdTech, FreeWheel, etc)
Experience in Ad Operations specifically, with a strong familiarity with video campaigns and/or video ad networks.
Strong Excel skills with exceptional analytical skills.
Experience working & communicating effectively with cross-functional departments; sales, marketing, online and creative
Comprehensive understanding of key success metrics for digital campaigns
