BrightRoll is looking for an experienced sales and business development professional to expand buyer relationships on BrightRoll’s Video Ad Exchange (BRX) as our next Manager, Sales.

This is a full-time position located in our New York office.

·Reporting to the Director of Sales, BRX, the Manager, Sales will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, closing, integrating, training and managing new buying partners on BRX (BRX buying partners could include demand side platforms, ad networks or agency trading desks)
·Cover existing buyer segments in addition to emerging channels and markets such as Mobile Video and International
·Work closely with the Product, Marketing and Network Development teams as the voice of the BRX buyer influencing product enhancements and inventory sourcing.

·BS/BA Required
·2-3 years experience in business development or sales in the digital advertising industry at an agency, publisher, network or relevant technology platform
·A deep understanding of programmatic buying and the digital media/ad network/monetization ecosystem
·Great presentation and communication skills in client environments are critical
·Track record of sourcing and closing complex advertising deals ideally related to buying platforms
·Experience with large-scale buyers of Internet video a huge plus (e.g. ad networks, demand side platforms). Mobile experience a plus.
·Revenue focused, negotiation and analytical skills across contractual, technical and financial areas all pluses
·High level of comfort escalating and presenting key deal issues to senior management
·Strong understanding of and interest in the impact of Internet technologies on the consumption of media across the US and Canada. EMEA experience a plus.
·Excellent partner communication and presentation skills and ability to quickly understand contracts with strong attention to detail
