Digital Campaign Associate - Stations
Description The Digital Campaign Associate - Stations, is part of an ad operations team responsible for implementing digital advertising campaigns. With a focus on public radio and television stations, the Digital Campaign Associate is an entry level role that will be responsible for entering and monitoring online creative, optimizing and troubleshooting campaigns, generating reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the accurate delivery of campaigns, and to deliver on advertising revenue. Responsibilities Include:•Traffic and maintain digital ad campaigns for stations, ensuring that deal terms are met including delivery goals, start and end date, reporting requirements, etc. as per the sales insertion order.•Work closely with station contacts to provide ad operations support and communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc.•Perform quality assurance/quality control checks on campaigns to ensure that all placements and creative have been set up correctly and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to ensure full delivery, mitigate discrepancies, and maximize creative performance•Manage and improve ad serving systems for current and prospective station clients, including tagging and targeting schematics, introductory calls, sales strategy planning, new product development, etc.•Handle sales planning requests from sales representatives, in the form of screenshots, inventory avails, etc., and provide proper guidance to maximize revenue opportunities •Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for station accounts. Maintain in-depth knowledge of capabilities, inventory availability, advertising opportunities, and pricing strategy.•Provide support to advertising clients, stations, and internal stakeholders, as required.•Participate in the billing process for digital campaigns•Write articles on occasion for company blog/website•Assist with ad-hoc projects as neededQualifications:•A bachelors degree is required•Prior ad operations (1+ years) and/or client service experience preferred•Must have a working knowledge of Excel (including Pivot tables) and be comfortable working with numbers and general math•Technical aptitude; the ability to learn new software quickly. HTML/CSS experience is a plus.•Possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to work either independently or as part of a larger team. •Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.•Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills.•Strong verbal/written communication skills •Analytical thinker.
