Key Objectives
•Develop Marketing strategies that ensure customer base growth with profitable returns.
•Grow viewership though partnerships, promotions and additional value.
•Develop marketing relationships with brands, boutiques and e-tailers for editorial calender.
•Develop extensive as well as segment-level promotional activities and customer traffic initiatives.
•Develop and implement e-commerce marketing initiatives for promoting products, aligned with the brand and overall business strategy.
•Develop and implement rewards/ concierge program to drive cohort-level conversion and spend by customer metrics.
•Develop influencer program
•Optimize marketing initiatives and help strengthen daily event calendar activity and promotional activities to increase traffic, on-site conversion and average order value.
•Develop and lead customer acquisition and retention strategies.

•7+ years of strategic digital marketing e-commerce management experience, preferably within Fashion and/or specialty retail, with proven ability to develop and implement a successful marketing strategy.
•7 + years of fashion / luxury marketing experience pre ideally from e-commerce or speciality retail, with proven ability to develop and implement a successful marketing strategy.
•Strong global relationships within the fashion/ luxury world.
•Prior experience in all of the following areas: search engine optimization, online/mobile marketing, web analytics, web merchandising, customer service, and e-commerce.
•Highly analytical with knowledge and experience utilizing Web Analytics software (Google Analytics, Omniture, CoreMetrics, etc.)
•Strategic approach, sound business judgment, and entrepreneurial mindset.
•Comprehensive expertise of business modeling, planning, budgeting, and online marketing.
•Thorough knowledge of emerging industry trends, competitors, distribution channels, and customer base.
•Measurable experience in paid and organic search, comparison shopping engines, email and other online programs.
•Strong background in online display advertising, search engine marketing and social media.
•Very strong analytical skills; strong understanding of key customer metrics (lifetime value, retention).
•Demonstrated ability to deliver a quantity of valuable new customers within the framework of ROI goals.
•Ability to expand market share by increasing e-commerce activity from a variety of channels.
•Superb presentation skills to communicate key insights from deep data analysis.
•Excellent project management skills including the ability to motivate others.
•Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent communication and cross-departmental management skills.
•Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
•Respectful and outstanding leadership skills to motivate staff to exceed expectations.
