Support a growing network of success
The Professional Development Manager will be responsible for coordinating all professional development services for our non-instructional team at Success Academies. In this position, the manager will have direct contact with every staff person supporting the work of our schools – from Network leadership to Operations staff in the schools. The Professional Development Manager will design and implement professional development to support the career trajectories of each of our staff members while driving towards incredibly high performance in their daily roles.
Designing high quality, relevant professional development sessions for our Network staff, including assistants, associates, and managers.
Coordinating with our department leadership about what training is needed, coordinating the corresponding training and materials that are required, and implementing the trainings according to a well-defined schedule.
Administering the initial and follow up communications with each employee before and after a professional development experience, from outgoing emails to follow-up surveys and analyzing the feedback received.
Building and managing a yearlong professional development track for both our new and existing employees, starting with a 90-day onboarding plan for each new employee.
Working with our Senior Management Team to ensure that we are consistently delivering high quality professional development that is meeting the needs of a rapidly growing organization.
Planning and organizing several small and large-scale professional development sessions on an ad-hoc basis throughout year.
