Scratch is looking for a motivated, dynamic and versatile Department Assistant to support senior staff. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements and settling expenses. The candidate will also help with client research. Candidates should have a strong interest in business, media and culture.

• Provide administrative support for senior staff handling extensive travel arrangements (domestic and international); scheduling in-house and off-site meetings; coordinating events; settling expenses
• Assist and work with others within the department/company on various projects, distributions and preparations for events or meetings, both internal and external
• Aid in category research as well as general industry and competitive research

• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization, particularly senior levels
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment; flexible and adaptable to change
• Willingness to work long and/or irregular hours as job dictates
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
