The Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for leading product marketing for Nick’s mobile games business and acquisition for all of Nick’s digital businesses. The Director will lead a team of strong managers, requiring a proven ability to lead.

•Mobile Product Marketing
•Develop marketing strategies and marketing launch plans to drive acquisition for Nick and Nick Jr. mobile products and grow our mobile footprint
•Lead communication across product, marketing and creative teams to ensure successful marketing launch in support of new mobile products
•Work with internal partners to align marketing and promotional activities across all channels (tv, email, display, mobile, etc.)
•Lead development and production of TV and digital advertising creative for new product launches
•Optimize in-app promotional ecosystem to drive acquisition and retention across suite of app products
•Develop and implement testing agendas for all campaigns to improve future use of paid and owned media

Acquisition Marketing
•Develop marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for Nick’s web properties and digital products
•Oversee customer acquisition process in entirety including evaluation of media channels, creative development, testing, optimization, and analysis
•Supervise manager in execution of acquisition marketing campaigns across digital channels (paid search, display, social, mobile CPI, content discovery)
•Lead the planning of multivariate testing and channel targeting strategies for all projects
•Create long-term hypothesis-driven testing roadmap to develop actionable learning’s and best practices

•B.A./B.S. degree required, MBA preferred
•10+ years of Marketing experience, with a focus on customer acquisition
•Experience with analytics tools including Omniture SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics

•Proven ability to lead a strong team of managers and coordinators
•Strong consensus building and collaboration skills
•Deep experience with quantitative analysis of business and marketing data
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
•Articulate and effective verbal, written and technical communication skills
