Managerial: The position will report to the Director of Digital
• Manage and empower social media junior staff, while managing the expectations of senior team members. Able to function and integrate across multiple business units.
• Manage/oversee multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

Social Media Activity
• Maintain and enhance relationships with online influencers and identify opportunities to engage and cross-promote.
• Oversee tasks such as editorial calendar development, vendor coordination, client reporting, and budget management.
• Implement social media strategy initiatives, including project management and planning, vendor management, ad strategies, and cross-team collaboration and organization.
• Assist with the development and implementation of client plans.
• Manage social media listening reporting, thorough measurement and tracking against KPIs, and key insights across multiple software and channels.
• Track developments in the social space and provide value related to industry trends (e.g., relevant platforms, listening software, mobile, social advertising, measurement, content strategy, search/SEO), and conduct internal trainings and external client education materials.

Business Planning/New Business
• Contribute to the development and research of PR plans/proposals for both current clients and new business.
•Participate in PR plan/new business presentations.

• Ability to understand and digest data/insights and translate into actionable ideas and recommendations
• Amazing multitasker who understands how to prioritize deliverables
• Thorough understanding of multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Vine, and associated behaviors and best practices
• Experience creating and executing content as well as having an understanding of content strategy and what it means for brands
• Understand channel-specific analytics e.g. Facebook Insights, Pinterest, Tumblr
• Knowledgeable about SEO best practices and how to execute
• Some experience or interest in beauty, lifestyle, consumer health verticals
• Experience in influencer outreach, engagement, and relationship management
• Ideally 4-5 years of experience and able to jump right in to multiple accounts
• Lots of experience using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as well as social landscape listening platforms e.g. Sysomos, Radian6
