Were looking for a motivated, experienced junior level coordinator to assist in the steering of graphic heavy video projects through the production process. This position requires a self-motivated proactive approach and aptitude for managing large amounts of information. You have an understanding of graphics, digital formats and video footage and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. An assertive approach and strong organizational skills will be necessary to your success.

Partial list of responsibilities:

- Act as liaison between the Producer and the production team which can include designers, animators, editors and shoot crew to make sure that creative goals are being achieved throughout the process
- Attend input sessions and client reviews
- Download images and convert graphic files
- Conduct online research
- Post projects to the web
- Communicate with vendors, clients and team members
- Assist with shoots and related tasks
- Assist in wrapping projects
- Make deliveries; facilitating messengers and shipping/mailing services

- At least one year of professional experience in corporate communications and/or video post production
- MS Office proficiency
