Job Responsibilities:
Management of Client Relationship
The Account Supervisor manages and leads the day-to-day relationships with key clients.
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients by adding value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions.
•Acquire in-depth knowledge of each client’s business and industry.
•Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency.
•Effectively balance the dual expectations of your clients and the agency.
•Assist in the development of planning and strategy development for account growth.

Strategic Thought Leadership
The Account Supervisor employs a range of strategic thinking, decision-making skills and ability to push the envelope in new directions.
•Clearly establish objectives and priorities for multiple clients and multiple projects.
•Help develop, articulate, and adhere to, agreed upon strategies.
•Identify key issues and proactively identify solutions.
•Develop and articulate points-of-view in support of agency recommendations.

Leading Teams
The Account Supervisor successfully manages agency personnel to ensure project deliverables are met on strategy, on time, and on budget.
•Provide clear internal communications with team members.
•Effectively assign, delegate, coordinate and monitor the work of agency staff.
•Establish rapport and a strong sense of unity and teamwork across all agency departments and functions; acknowledge the expectations of others, remain open to multiple points-of-view.
•Manage multiple workflows, processes and projects simultaneously.
•Effectively plan and organize the work of the team – handling multiple projects efficiently and productively.
•Provide oversight of agency resources to ensure projects are delivered as promised in terms of time, budgets and results.

•Demonstrated experience in executing measurable marketing programs including offline and digital acquisition and retention, brand building campaigns, and direct mail.
•Must have relevant experience in account management in an agency setting bringing cross functional teams together to ensure flawless client service.
•Ability to persuasively and comfortably present agency recommendations, points-of-view and creative ideas to clients in both formal and informal settings.
•Increase value of assigned accounts with insightful strategic thinking and integrating diverse disciplines for agency growth and profit.
•Communicate both orally and written in a clear and persuasive manner.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, creative and entrepreneurial environment.
•Develop a complete understanding of client branding and strategic initiatives and the ability to communicate them internally.
•Ability to analyze the client's business and make strategic recommendations for future work / direction.
•Budget setting, estimating and being directly accountable for managing client and agency spend responsibly.
•An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for creative problem solving and idea generation.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related. (MBA a Plus)
•Minimum of 5 years agency or experience (Direct Mail experience a Plus)
•Travel 15-20%
