Ready to join the kind of agency that to celebrate our 25th anniversary we gave everyone on the team a round-trip plane ticket to their dream destination—Australia, Brazil, Thailand—anywhere in the world? We thought so. Here's what we need: a social media superstar to help one of our most overlooked accounts. Us. Yep, we need someone to add sparkle to the social media efforts on behalf of the agency—helping spread the digital word about our award-winning programs. Oh, and in your spare time (yeah, right) you'll most likely have the opportunity to handle social media programs for some of the world's most exciting hotels and destinations. We're looking for someone proactive, motivated to take the reigns, but who thrives in a solution-oriented, collaborative environment. So hurry up-you'll want to be here before our next anniversary.

Responsibilities:
-Manage agency presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, YouTube and other emerging platforms and community sites
-Create engaging online campaigns and experiences that generate conversations among media + online influencers, to support client + agency's communication objectives, identify opportunities to interject client stories into the dialogue
-Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives
-Maintain live event coverage in social spaces
-Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results, includes reporting “chatter” and other relevant online data
-Research new blogs and channels for relevance/trend identification, monitor online competitor presences/perceptions
-Support development of proposal documents and presentations for new business development

Requirements:
-BA/BS in English, communications, or related field desired
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media, community management, digital engagement, public relations or related field
-Familiarity with online monitoring and measurement tools (such as Hootsuite, Sysomos, Google analytics, etc.)
-Strong written communication skills are necessary, with an emphasis on grammar/spelling excellence.
-Demonstrated ability of translating a brand's tone into the social space, e.g. examples of great Facebook or Twitter posts/campaigns that brought-to-life a brand digitally
-Familiarity with online branding, media and campaign management
-A strong familiarity with online marketing best practices.
