Visitor Experience /Operations Manager
Visitor Experience /Operations Manager will play a vital role in assuring our visitors are welcome and have a wonderful experience this cultural institution. The Manager will be the principal point of contact at the institution and provide information and assistance to visitors. The Manager will also have knowledge of the local area which would be beneficial. Since the position is often fast-paced and demanding, Manager must have excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Effective interpersonal skills are a must, and fluency in several languages is a plus.The Manager will also have responsibilities as an Operations Manager, requiring a thorough knowledge of the building, cleaning services, security, and demonstrated experience of successfully managing a union staff. 5 day work schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays.
