TH Productions is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and exceptional communication skills as they are responsible for acquiring new business opportunities for the agency. This position pays a base salary, as well as commission on any closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:
•Generate, qualify and cultivate new prospects and leads via industry trades and research
•Consistent cold calls and emails to prospective leads
•Schedule meetings with key decision makers with the goal to obtain an RFP
•Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
•Manage deadlines
•Client management - develop, maintain and grow new client relationships
•Network and entertain new and existing clients
•Active engagement in the entire sales process from start to finish
•Work with Senior Management to strategize outreach and presentations

•Proven track record of sales & marketing success
•Relevant sales experience within a creative agency environment
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Exceptional phone skills
•Exceptional organizational skills
•Ability to multi-task while also remaining detail oriented.
•Ability to adapt and react to rapidly changing priorities
•Ability to work independently and reach set sales goals
•Travel once per quarter for out of market sales trips
•Passionate interest in experiential marketing and events
