Publishers Clearing House a leading provider of digital “play & win” entertainment sites and a multi- channel direct marketer is seeking a seasoned, aggressive sales person to help execute our lead generation strategy.

PCH promotes Lead Generation offers to our opt-in members via email programs and various traffic driving experiences. The Lead Gen Sales Team:

•Works with affiliate networks, agencies and direct clients to promote their offers to our customer base.
•Partners with our marketing and analytics teams to optimize offer performance and negotiate pricing to drive revenue and effective CPMs upward
•Prospects for new relationships in all parts of the Lead Gen ecosystem to develop new opportunities
•Collaborates internally to identify new placements/ad units/channels to promote partner offers and drive incremental revenue

Required Skills
•Bachelors degree required
•At least 3 years of Online Sales and Marketing experience
•Proven excellent written and oral communication skills
•Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task
•Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
•Ad agency or brand marketing contacts experience is a must!
