The Clinton Global Initiative is seeking a Graphic Design and Multimedia Associate to join the Marketing Department.


  1. Work with the design and multimedia teams to produce CGI marketing and event materials, including brochures, videos, one-pagers, web front-end graphics, digital signage, and Powerpoint presentations

  2. Assist in maintaining the photo and video archives, managing metadata, and managing the structural integrity of the archive

  3. Locate requested photographs and videos from the CGI photo archive

  4. Archive and edit photos and video from events, member organizations, and partners

  5. Assist in creating basic title slides, animations, and video content

  6. Conceptualize and implement small to medium scope projects from start to finish

  7. Maintain the visual brand identity of the organization

  8. Coordinate a high volume of short-term and long-term projects simultaneously

  9. Involvement in the development of strategic concepts on a wide range of projects


  1. Bachelor’s Degree

  2. At least 1–2 years of design and multimedia experience

  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, and Powerpoint

  4. Proficiency in video compression

  5. A working knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

  6. A working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and photo archival software

  7. Excellent typography skills

  8. A working knowledge of the print production process

  9. Working knowledge of web design and development

  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to take projects from concept to completion

  11. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  12. Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a very fast-paced environment

  13. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Physical requirements

  1. May require travel, which may require walking distances, lifting, and carrying luggage and boxes, and prolonged periods of sitting in tight quarters

  2. Significant computer work, which may require repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands

  3. Occasional lifting (> 15 lbs), bending, pulling, collating/filing, and occasional lifting, carrying, and/or moving boxes, files, etc., some of which could be heavy or require the use of carts
