Full Time is seeking a Content Manager to help us take our Travel & Local vertical to the next level. We are looking for a digitally-savvy travel enthusiast who is eager to drive the ongoing evolution and growth of one of the biggest travel content sites on the web. The Content Manager will work directly with the Travel & Local GM to improve editorial content and user experience to ultimately grow traffic, audience engagement, and revenue. We are building a fun, spirited team that will create amazing digital products!


Work with General Manager to help shape and define editorial strategy, increase audience, and drive user engagement. Use data to identify new opportunities for the vertical including editorial gaps, UX features, content partnerships and more.
Curate and promote our best content via email newsletters, social media, on-site placement, and content partnerships. Manage email and social content creation for Travel & Local against business goals.
Be the first line of communication and guidance between and the Travel & Local writers.
Collaborate with GM, Product, and Tech teams to identify channel-specific design needs to improve user experience and engagement around Travel & Local content.
Track competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities within the space. Support GM in differentiating Travel & Local offering in the marketplace.
Work with GM and Sales & Marketing to identify custom packages and campaigns for Travel & Local direct premium sales.
Act as a public face of the channel, attending trade shows and events, doing PR, supporting sales and marketing, and more.


Proactive, flexible team player with a sense of humor and entrepreneurial energy, able to roll with the punches and take ownership in a fluid and fast-moving environment.
3-5 years experience developing and curating digital content for web, email and social environments against business goals. Operating experience with content management systems and web analytics tools.
Deep passion for and knowledge of Travel & Local content. Consistently up to date with industry trends related to Travel & Local content; able to identify topics of interest to a wide audience.
Experience using data and revenue goals to inform and develop digital strategy
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in simple language via email, online documentation, webinars, phone calls.
Detail oriented and deadline focused with solid proofing skills. Strong copywriter, capable of writing engaging, lively headlines and blurbs.
Experience with email newsletters, social marketing, or web design a strong plus.
Bachelor's Degree from a top tier school preferred.
