TOOLS & RESOURCES KNOWLEDGE
•Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
•Analysis skills: able to interpret data
•Understanding of broader media environment and strategies
•Working knowledge of SEM/PPC, Display, Social Media and Social Media
•Some understanding of relevant tools (Nielsen, MediaMind, DoubleClick or additional content analysis platform) is a plus

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
•2-3 years of experience in account management, with direct client interaction
•Has strong client management and communication skills
•Has experience working in a digital-specific environment, with a deep understanding of the current state of the industry and its potential direction
•Has interfaced with creative and production team to deliver upon client requests in a timely manner
•Knowledge of the paid media ad space and the basic elements of creative (Flash, Rich Media, etc.). Experience in directly coordinating with paid media strategists, buyers, and analytics teams a plus
•Account Management and/or Project Management experience in the digital creative space (Banners, Websites, Social-Focused creative, Mobile)
•Must have a solid understanding and eye for creative from a branding and executional standpoint.
