Position Summary:

The Manager of Marketing Operations will be responsible for managing key operational processes for marketing related initiatives on behalf of the Streaming Services and Products Division - Sales and Marketing Group. The candidate will be responsible for oversight of internal workflow, critical data, asset management, brand messaging/positioning and on-going process improvement for all relevant streaming related marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Provide ROI analysis for all marketing campaigns and sales initiatives related to streaming campaigns. Analyze marketing metrics to identify key drivers.
•Partner with other internal Divisions to create, revise and recommend updates for SS&P specific brand guidelines and marketing assets. Work with cross-departmental teams to ensure that subscriber facing assets and materials are consistent with the governance process.
•Ensure all customer facing assets are updated within the company’s marketing resource management database and messaging flows are consistent with best practice guidelines.
•Liaise with Product Managers on reporting requirements to ensure business users are appropriately equipped with analysis on current trends and customer interaction across all SXM streaming services and products.
•Identify and document data and analytic business requirements associated with the implementation of new campaigns. Create detailed documentation outlining report criteria and provide recommendations to business owners based on the results of key metrics and trends.
•Create program-level tracking metrics for all promotional campaigns and ensure compliance of all contractual obligations on a program-specific basis.
•Continually work to create new ways to implement data integrity and quality control measures on all daily/weekly/monthly marketing related reports for the Division.
•Assist Reporting Analyst on all reporting, data manipulation and critical analysis for the Division. Perform extensive research and analysis to assist in customer and market segmentation and modeling of certain subscriber of existing and prospective subscribers of SXM’s streaming service.
•Assist in setting sales strategy and analyzing competitor pricing trends and client efficiency trends as well as track key performance indicators based on business needs
•Ability to identify new opportunities by analyzing past results and making recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
•Ability to understand data to provide recommendations on cost savings, increased throughput or improvement in the overall customer experience. Generate reports/dashboard/presentations that explain customer experiences.
•Prepare reports and coordinate presentations of market share, market intelligence, customer feedback and key competitive market data of our service use.

Minimum Qualifications:

•BS/BA Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

•5+ years prior work experience in combination of operations, program management and marketing.

•Ideally 3-5 years program/project/campaign management.

•Experience with customer surveying a plus.

•Ability to manage own work flow and meet deadlines while responding to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external).
•Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
•Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:

Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint required.
