• Work closely with the Agency team and be first point of contact for agency queries, directing those to appropriate people for fast resolution (not sure what you intend here?)
• Sales Force contact point – supporting the sales representatives and creating sales reports
• Manage Microsoft CRM data base, validating accuracy and completeness of entries.  Develop distribution lists for agency team
• Responsible for entering all sales orders, process contracts, purchase orders and forecasts.  Take direction from sales reps and manage contract creation process with Contract Management group.
• Handle all client invoicing inquiries and manage resolution via Billing and Volumetrics group.  Communicate resolution to sales team.
• Work closely with Billing to track bi-annual agency billing declarations.  Identify agencies to target for attention and work with sales team to obtain receipt.
• Work with Collections to manage team’s efforts to support Collections and obtain agency payment.
• Qualify incoming agency leads from nielsen.com; provide to CBPs for team distribution
• Contribute to on-going Agency Team client communication vehicle.
• Responsible for creating and updating reports, PowerPoint presentations, project plans, budgets, and spreadsheets
• Help identify opportunities to improve team efficiencies
• Manage & report on key revenue and pipeline metrics
• Managing the training materials and coordinate training sessions in-house and with clients
• Develop strong working relationships both with internal departments and external clients

 

Skills

• 2 years related business administration and sales/support administration experience
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
• Demonstrated ability to interact with external and internal customers
• Familiar with sales and support processes and order fulfillment activities
• Understand Sales and Marketing concepts
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong Administration skills
• Proficient in Salesforce
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Energetic and friendly
