Key Point of contact for Company President's Office:
*Ideal candidate MUST have 1-2 years office experience supporting a senior executive in television, publicity or a related field.
*Maintain extensive calendar coordination for President, including internal and external meetings and conference calls.
*Manage day-to-day incoming correspondence- including emails and phone calls.
*Serve as liaison between President and client insuring timely response to client re: meeting requests and report deadlines.
*Highly motivated individual with excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to work effectively on their own as well as in a team.
*Attention to detail is important as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
*Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize workload, and to work with confidential information.
