Full Time
•Strategize with Director of Marketing for an overall venue strategy of promotional events
•Work with digital team to ensure weekly eblasts are complete and integrated social media is handled
•Work with graphic designer for development of fliers and promotional materials
•Handle all printed collateral (fliers, business cards, menus, etc.) for restaurant
•Coordinate all charity/auction donation requests
•Represent venues at all community-based meetings in line with corporate mindset
•Ensure the venue website is always up-to-date with its information/photos/press/promotions
•Collect comment cards from venue managers and make weekly updates to TOG database
•Conduct market research and gather information on what diners enjoyed at competitor venues
•Handle gift certificate requests process
•Update venue management weekly on user-generated reviews online (Citysearch, Yelp, Eater, Chowhound, OpenTable, and all valid local websites, etc.)
•Liase with hired PR agency locally for their needs and giving them updates on all media-worthy news from the venue (menu changes, new promotions, celeb sighting, etc.)
•Coordinate and supervise all venue photo shoots and TV/movie filming on-site
•Pursue relevant off-site events for venue participation, including food festivals and chef appearances
•Coordinate daily VIP reservations and introductions to chef team

Public Relations
•Maintain the celebrity sighting log sheet for each local venue
•Maintain a current press kit for each venue including restaurant fact sheet, concept statement, venue photos and recently secured press
•Act as on-site point-of-contact for all local public relations needs
•Be aware of local news stories appropriate for the venue
•Respond to interview requests arriving from PR team and arrange with appropriate venue staff
•Maintain a current press clip book for each venue
