We are currently seeking an Digital Subscription Sales Manager. This position is located in our Winston-Salem, NC office.

•Manage and grow subscription sales of a world class B2B Internet solution
•Establish a consistent daily call routine in line with expected call metrics of 20-30 calls per day
•Pursue upsell opportunities and achieve weekly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
•Record and track contact with all assigned clients
•Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and manage a list of top accounts for optimal high value conversion
•Develop strategies to identify customers who may have need for additional seats and licenses
•Resolve incoming customer inquiries (email/web/phone) efficiently
•Present product through webinars and in-person training sessions
•Work with marketing to creatively implement new leads and grow brand awareness

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•BS/BA or equivalent experience
•Minimum 2 years inside sales experience selling online media, paid content and/or subscriptions
•Must possess proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals
•Excellent relationship building, presentation skills and exceptional closing ability
•Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow
•Comfort with and ability to use technological tools as part of the sales process
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•High energy and enthusiastic approach to selling
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•Effective time management
•Easily adapts to new technology
