Job requirements:

-Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr. YouTube etc.
-Must be a good writer with an eye for detail.
-Ability to work with a team and take the lead on projects.
-Strategic thinker with a passion for social media and the web.
-Interest and excitement in health and fitness.
-Ability to create beautifully written and visually inspiring press releases & press kits.
-Curate out of the box press events and cultivate relationships.
-Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, HTML and Final Cut desired.
-Experience with Community Management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years post grad work experience minimum.

Job Description:
-Develop and execute timelines, content and strategy for BB social media.
-Post social media content, working closely with the BB team.
-Cross-pollinate audiences in social media and our community.
-Track, analyze, optimize and report on social media programs to increase ROI.
-Create, implement and track audience development strategies across chosen social media platforms.
-Explore and evaluate emerging social media opportunities and tools for use in meeting business goals and objectives; share knowledge with key stakeholders in the organization.
-Manage web based and other projects being promoted via social media and PR.
-Create visually stunning press kits, follow up with press requests, cultivate relationships and correspond with key members of press for Ballet Beautiful.
