Sales Coordinator Responsibilities

CFO Publishing LLC (publisher of CFO Magazine and CFO.com) is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to assist in the New York office. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, detail orientated, flexible and proactive. Primary responsibilities include assisting the sales and marketing departments and liaising with the finance department as necessary.
Included in the job responsibilities are:
•Assist with filling out proposals that are submitted from Ad Agencies
•Assist Sales Reps with media kits, preparation for sales calls
•Manage Harvey studies (4x a year)
•Entering data into Salesforce.com, and keeping client information up to date
•Managing the relationship with outside vendors such as SRDS and IMS
•Update marketing materials
•Creating reports about various marketing activities
•Assisting the marketing department on various projects
•Daily office administration
Requirements/Skills:
•BA/BS required
•Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
•Knowledge of Salesforce.com is extremely helpful
•Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
•Excellent analytical skills
