Are you extremely organized and have wonderful communication skills? Then our Project Manager opportunity might be for you! As gatekeeper for the Creative Communication Team (CCT) and the Account Management Team (AMT), the Project Manager plans ahead to ensure all work moves smoothly through the departments. The Project Manager will work closely with the Creative Communication Director and team members to process projects, set up work flow systems, monitor timelines, track projects in EasyProjectsand handle administrative tasks.


• Ability to work across all mediums including, but not limited to broadcast, digital, print, out of home and experiential.

• Work with Account, Creative, Technical, Strategy and Production teams to develop and maintain project schedules, provide project status and satisfy deliverables.

• Initiate pricing and estimating process.

• Coordinate creative workload and workflow from briefing through production.

• Manage costs and internal resources against production estimates.

• Draft and track schedules for creative development and production.

• Facilitate communication between departments regarding projects.

• Ensure that all internal and external approvals have been obtained for creative work throughout the creative development process.

• Ensure that all project legal documents (photo releases, property releases, etc.) are completed and signed.

• Act as the team's main point of contact and facilitating communications for all project-related issues.

• Manage day-to-day tasks and be able to recognize potential challenges and risk factors early in the game.

• Generate daily hot sheets

• Hold weekly status meetings and maintain agency status reports

• Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution

• Knowledge of printing and production process

• Experience working with outside vendors and media outlets


• BA or BS degree required, Marketing preferred

• 5 years of work experience in project management.

• Strong organizational skills, be able to learn new systems and processes quickly and work in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital and interactive projects such as website development, online banner ads, SEO/ SEM, social and mobile media

• Ability to maintain multi-month projects, priorities, budgets and schedules

• Effectively communicate project status, requirement, changes, risks and issues

• Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Ad agency or corporate marketing experience strongly preferred

• PMP certification preferred
