Midan Marketing is now hiring a curious-by-nature individual with his finger on the pulse of online trends for our Digital Content Marketing position. The position has varied responsibilities centered on implementing the digital marketing plan, which are critical to the fully integrated marketing plans developed for Midan, clients and their brands. Exceptional communication skills both one-on-one and across all levels of management are crucial. On a daily basis, the position requires someone that can take initiative with minimal direction, has the ability to seek out information from appropriate sources and has exceptional follow-through. Attention to detail is extremely important.

•Be self-reliant and able to implement and manage tasks independently
•Develop and execute an ongoing digital marketing publishing and promotional calendar
•Implement SEO, SEM programs based on project objectives
•Drive community growth and reach across all digital platforms
•Creatively and proactively engage with Midan and client communities and manage overall all social sentiment
•Manage presence in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
•Purchase URLs and manage URL database (including DNS management)
•Manage social media campaigns
•Manage website updates
•Develop and execute an ongoing digital marketing publishing and promotional calendar
•Serve as a liaison to video production and website developers
•Assist in fulfillment of promotional programs
•Support blogging activities and PR efforts
•Proactivity communicate issues, opportunities and insights to appropriate team and stakeholders
•Update weekly Digital Marketing status report.
•Pull website stats and traffic information when needed
•Execute online launch schedules
•Monitor online presence and advise on increasing brand awareness and growing sales
•Share best practices and knowledge within the digital industry

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing with 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience. Candidate must have strong analytical skills, understanding of the industry, solid writing skills and versed in SEO, SEM and Google Analytics. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial, dynamic and charismatic individual who is a creative thinker with the ability to work well autonomously as well as with a team.
