This position will serve as a supporting day-to-day contact with one of our leading digital clients. Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and at least 2-3 years of account management experience with a direct marketing, digital, public relations, or advertising agency.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field.

Experience: 4-6 years experience in agency account services or related client-facing position. Work in consumer products, entertainment or sports marketing is a plus.

•Solution-oriented leader with proven ability to manage and encourage a multi-discipline agency team and translate client business objectives into actionable and measurable program deliverables
•Experience working with web development, design, project management and content teams
•Strong partnering, organizational, communication, and presentation skills a must
•Dedicated and detail-oriented project manager with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
•Has strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically and proactively
•Ability to master and maintain a working knowledge of the client’s business, competition, and industry trends, delivering added value and a continual flow of innovative business-building ideas


Report to the team Account Director and support ongoing program management by fulfilling the following duties:

•Ensure smooth day-to-day work flows, while continually thinking of ways to improve processes and grow the business
•Work with Account Director/client to clearly define project objectives and expectations before the start of each project
•Clearly communicate these project needs and parameters to the larger team; make sure all aspects of the project are being considered holistically
•Work side-by-side with Project Manager to create scopes and schedules, manage project workflow, and ensure successful execution of client deliverables
•Facilitate Pace-client communication of project updates and major milestones, potential solutions to current obstacles, and opportunities to maximize on success
•Review project deliverables for alignment with brand standards, business objectives and client expectations; ensure all outbound Pace communication is consistent and client-friendly
•Provide Account Director with regular project updates, and escalate any areas of opportunity or concern
•React quickly to client changing needs & requests; encourage the team to be flexible to adjust to the immediate concerns of the client; help the team prioritize projects & find additional resources when needed
•Assist with planning and preparation for monthly client meeting, create agendas, presentation materials and meeting recaps; manage travel and scheduling logistics
•Maintain and grow industry knowledge & share learnings with the team
•Some travel required
