The Sales Director will be responsible for integrated advertising and partnerships, identifying new and untapped sources of revenue for accounts in their assigned territory. They will be responsible for hiring and training talent in the Chicago office.

•Must be a strong closer, able to reach decision makers at all levels. Client-focused, consultative selling skills a must, as well as the ability to creatively sell cross platform, multi-media programs.
•Ability to meet all sales and revenue targets, developing new sales strategies and determining new business opportunities.
•Successful candidates will have strong sales, rapport building, and networking skills with new contacts in the industry.
• 5-7 years experience.
•Bachelor's degree required.
