Coupons.com is looking for an energetic, creative self-starter who’s passionate about social media, and the company’s efforts to increase brand awareness and identity through online communities.
You will act as a voice of Coupons.com and play a role in the development of B2C social media strategy, including building and growing our presence on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to build an integrated marketing plan to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.

Position Responsibilities:

•Develop relationships with fans/customers through social media and build social media outreach programs to increase reach & engagement.
•Maintain presence across Facebook, g+, Twitter, and Pinterest through daily engagement posts and planning of effective editorial calendar.
•Accountable for various aspects of the social media creative sourcing and production process.
•Monitor and measure impact of social media campaigns, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns and posts in order to maximize results.
•Identify and build relationship with key influencers and contributors.
•Work closely with the Coupons.com Support Team to triage and address concerns expressed on each social media platforms.

Position Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has some detailed knowledge and expertise on all things social media, including but not limited to the following areas:

• Social Content Development
• Monitoring & Interaction
• Social Media Campaigns and Content Programs
• Insights & Analytics
• Impact of social media on Public Relations and Marketing efforts
• Social Media Psychology & Behavior
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in Excel and Photoshop.
•Works well independently and within a team environment.
•Proactive, take-charge attitude.
•Experience in a start-up or small-company environment a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent is a must
•Minimum 3+ years’ experience with a proven track record in a Social Media role
