GENERAL FUNCTION: The Ad Operations Manager will be a key member of our Client Services team & work closely with our clients, partners, Sales team, and Creative team. The ideal Ad Operations Manager candidate has a strong knowledge of online advertising in the healthcare space, with prior experience as a trafficker or similar ad operations role. The Ad Operations Managerwill need to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, balance/prioritize workload,and execute& communicate in an efficient & professional manner. We seek a candidate who is a quick learner of proprietary tools & technologies, and who is values providing outstanding customer service to key strategic partners.

TITLE:Ad Operations Manager
MANAGER:Senior Director of Client Services (with dotted line to CEO)

•Own & support all pre- & post-launch trafficking responsibilities and inquiries; manage implementation of all operations requirements for Vertical Health campaigns (tracking, tagging, publisher/agency correspondence, media plan management, etc).
•Own & support all campaign reporting needs, monitor campaign progress & optimization, effectively communicate w/ clients.
•Support clients, Account Managers, & Sales team; assist with Advertiser preparation & Publisher-side launch responsibilities.
•Results-driven team player with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
•Educate & guide clients/partners on best practices & proactively address areas where improvement is needed.
•Perform diligent & detail-oriented QA on interactive ad units/deliverables; assist in management of creative approval process; communicate & render creative revisions pre- and post-launch.
•Provide Technology team with user feedback & insights, related to new releases of ad operations software tools & products.

*Please note, qualifications below are preferred, but not all are required.
•Prior ad operation and client service experience (DFP and 24/7 OAS preferred)
•Strong knowledge of / familiarity with third-party tracking/reporting systems (i.e. DART, Atlas, Pointroll, Mediaplex, etc)
•Familiar with iFrame, JavaScript, static companion banners, and at least one video ad server(DFP, Auditude, proprietary, etc)
•Knowledge of video encoding software & online video formats/specs a plus
•Strong written & verbal skills, confident working with clients via email & phone; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality
•Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and highly-motivated team player
•Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing tides
•Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines
•Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite
•Plus: knowledge of XML, Fiddler/Charles/HTTPWatch, Basecamp
•Plus: 1-2 years of experience in online video advertising space, as a trafficker or similar role
•BA/BS Degree

Compensation:Base Salary (commensurate with experience). Potential for commission/bonus plan based on skill set and performance
