As the Trade Marketing Manager for AOL On, you will play a pivotal role in managing one of the biggest and savviest video offerings in the industry. AOL ranks #1 in video ads served, according to comScore, surpassing Google (36%) with 50% of the U.S. online video viewers. AOL On's business is scaling rapidly, and we are looking for a video expert to lead our brand and product positioning. This role is part of AOL Advertising's Marketing Solutions, supporting AOL's leading products and services including AOL On, The Huffington Post, and AOL's owned and operated brands.
• Create the product’s Go to Market roadmap
• Own competitive positioning and point of differentiation
• Articulate the product offering at a category level
• Create thought leadership positioning and presentations

Oversee all sponsorship and marketing execution

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business results
• Research, organize and communicate internally, information relating to competitive products and companies as it factors into product plans.
• Lead long-term, ongoing projects related to AOL's video offering
• Support AOL’s presence at major video industry events
• Create internal positioning documents that provide constant, clear communication of objectives, status, tactics and results to all stakeholders


• 3+ years experience in Trade Marketing or Product Marketing positions
• Passionate about video platforms and programming
• Deep experience within the online video space
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and abilities
• Strong project management skills
• Organized and pays high attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
• Ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly creative and collaborative
• Ability to thrive in a complex organization
• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in technology, business, or a related field)
