Publishers Clearing House, a leading provider of digital “play & win” entertainment and a multi- channel direct marketer is looking for a Product Development Owner/Manager to ensure the successful implementation of all new site features and upgrades for our PCH Search & Win site and work closely with Marketing needs for future growth & capabilities enhancements.

Responsibilities include:
•Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations & Creative to deliver on short and long term product goals
•Work with Operations to plan, schedule, specify and deliver product development plans
•Produce functional specifications in consultation with all stakeholders and ensure the scope of all projects is in line with the business deliverables/KPI metrics
•Test, measure and communicate the impact of all/any changes to the site
•Support, enforce and track product development process and communicate progress to business units
•Provide analysis, reporting and SEO measurement to support the future product development process
•Champion the user experience and work closely with Marketing to ensure testing is conducted where required to optimize product development success.

Required Skills/Experience:
•Bachelors Degree required
•5-7 years proven product development experience, preferably in online products
•Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team and work with stakeholders across all business units
•Ability to juggle multiple projects in parallel, often with changing requirements and priorities
•Ability to deliver within tight timelines
•In-depth knowledge of current industry trends and opportunities in the market
•Ability to make key functional and design decisions
•Strong understanding of web technology
