Wiley has an exciting opportunity to market all of our different publishing products into both the private for-profit channel market and the institutionally centered public higher education marketan important segment of our global business operations. In this role, you would work with all of Wiley’s publishing teams to educate and influence on the relevance of their content and services being sold institutionally into the public post-secondary and private for- profit market. You will create, implement and evaluate marketing strategy focused on customer oriented initiatives including customer specific solutions development, promotional materials, website development, email and online marketing, thought leadership, events, conventions and market research.
To be successful in this role, you should have 5 years prior content solutions experience in marketing to large accounts; demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns and a thorough understanding of marketing theory and critical issues in Higher Education publishing or K-12 markets. This position will manage a junior marketing professional, so strong managerial, coaching and development skills are extremely important.
