The administrative assistant/receptionist will mainly support two partners, one in traditional publicity and one in digital marketing and creative. The assistant will be responsible for calendar management, scheduling internal and external meetings, answering and properly directing incoming phone calls, international and domestic travel arrangements, and various ad hoc projects. The administrative assistant/receptionist will also assist other departments as needed.

Requirements:

* Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
* Familiarity with Mac
* Proactive, efficient, organized
* Ability to multitask
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
* Familiarity with the media and entertainment landscape??

The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience working in an administrative setting. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
