In this position the Senior Account Representative in our Professional Development business will be responsible for selling Wiley Higher & Adult Education and Student Leadership products to colleges, universities and student focused organizations as well as managing existing reseller accounts. The Senior Account Representative is expected to increase revenue through account management and the addition of new clients. In this role, you will deliver sales presentations, which will highlight product benefits based on customers’ needs. This person will also provide strong customer service that result in long term professional relationships. The Senior Account Representative will also prospect for new business and must be comfortable speaking with Presidents, Provost, Deans and other university administrators.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years selling experience to colleagues and universities
- Knowledge with campus and colleague life
- Account management skills
- Experience following up with qualified leads
- Strong communications skills
- 15-20% travel
- Ability to reach sales goals
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
