Wiley is seeking a Social Marketing Coordinator to assist in the execution of a corporate social strategy and within specific subject areas. The Social Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Social Marketing to develop, implement, and track social campaigns. The coordinator will also assist the marketing team with the development of communities.

•Working with various teams to conceptualize and integrate social media strategies into overall marketing campaigns
•Assisting in social campaign execution and community management
•Monitoring and analyzing social data
•Measuring and monitoring social accounts
•Creating weekly/monthly dashboards for social accounts
•Education employees on social best practices
•Assisting in the development of online communities

•BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
•1-2 years’ experience with social media in a professional setting
•Knowledge and understanding of social community management
•Experience working with advanced social technologies, including Hootsuite, Radian 6 and more
•Ability to work independently and also with teams of levels of employees
