We are seeking a motivated, outgoing account executive with 3-6 years of experience to join the PKPR team.

Responsibilities include:

- Pitching media and securing placements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with media
- Writing press releases, pitches, meeting and conference call agendas
- Managing day-to-day account activities
- Creating and maintaining media lists
- Managing and working with junior staff
- Organizing and staffing events

Candidate requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, or journalism
- 3 to 5 years of PR experience
- Personal interest in arts, nonprofits, and digital culture and media
- Strong writing and research skills
- Experience building media lists and using databases like Cision
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering consistent, great quality work
