Can you drive customer retention, new customer acquisition and sales growth through lead generation campaigns? Can you make recommendations to marketing strategies based on KPIs including Google Analytics? If you answered yes to all of the above, the MakerBot Online Marketing Manager role is for you.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Drive traffic to our ecommerce website via online marketing campaigns, SEM and other online tactics
Refine online marketing strategy based on industry trends, target market behaviors and in-depth ROI analysis
Make recommendations to and work closely with web development team to enhance and optimize MakerBot's online ecommerce experience, with a focus on driving increased conversion rates
Devise and manage online lead gen campaigns including, but not limited to email marketing campaigns, targeted PPC buys, vertical marketing campaigns, etc.
Work with eCommerce partners to choose most effective marketing and merchandising campaigns
Be obsessed with driving down CPA and increasing marketing ROI
Collaborate with internal creative and IT teams to develop landing pages, email campaigns, nurture leads and educate those new to the desktop 3D printing and scanning world
Manage Google Ad words and PPC campaigns
Manage 3rd party partners/agencies when appropriate
Devise, implement and run in-house partner touch campaign
Coordinate internally with marketing, sales and operations teams
Be comfortable working in a metrics-based role with monthly goals
Provide clear and detailed creative briefs, analytics and sales reports
Participate in the strategic planning process by contributing growth ideas and developing models to forecast traffic, conversion, revenue, annual growth, etc

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience driving online marketing and ecommerce campaigns
Proficiency with online marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
4 year degree
Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with 3D printing/technology experience
