Design, deploy, and manage all pay-per-click campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other search engines.

Hands-on, day-to-day management of PPC efforts, including creation of ad groups and writing ad copy, bid management, search reports, adding/negating keywords, maintain product listing ads & bulk changes in the editor tools.

Constantly monitor, test, and revise strategies to drive revenue growth.

Develop overall SEO strategy.

Work with design, technical, and merchandising teams to optimize shops from an SEO perspective.

Hands-on, day-to-day management of SEO including tweaking meta tags and creating search-friendly content pages.

Expand CSE efforts to additional comparison shopping partners.

Coordinate with Theatrical and Home Entertainment divisions to maximize results during key release windows.

Provide reporting on PPC, SEO, and CSE channels to the marketing and merchandising teams. Also, provide buying team with search reports to help buying decisions.

Stay on top of all SEM, SEM, SEO, and CSE developments and deploy latest proven techniques to maximum results.

Manage retargeting vendor and internal retargeting efforts through Google GDN. Update promos & monitor performance.

Work closely with finance team to handle invoicing, marketing cost allocation between divisions and provide actuals/accruals for media buys at end of month.

Data feed management. Manage all data feeds for Google Shopping/ PLAs, CSEs, Retargeting, Affilates and ad hoc projects. Maintain, update and troubleshoot issues and fix in a timely manner.

Train junior members of eCommerce team to assist with certain day-to-day tasks.

BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience required.

At least 3 years eCommerce-focused search marketing experience.

Proven record of success in growing top-line search related revenue while also increasing ROI/ROAS.

Expert in PPC with extensive experience in managing all aspects of Adwords/Adcenter accounts.

Expert in Google Adwords Editor & Bing Editor Tools.

Extensive experience with A/B and multivariate testing.

Experience with Product Listing Ads.

Experience working with leading CSEs.

Extensive experience with Omniture Site Catalyst.

Experience with managing retargeting campaigns.

Experience with Google Display Network.

Experience with Channel Advisor a plus.

Experience with managing data feeds a plus.

Working knowledge of SEO a plus.

Good knowledge of HTML.

Ability to take direction and to work as part of a team.

Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously and the ability to be a self starter.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to flourish under pressure of tight deadlines.
