Requirements
- Work directly with Account Executives and clients
- Act as the frontline to the agency and client base
- Prepare proposals, generate contracts, and ensure accuracy of all details prior to processing
- Develop media sales materials
- Manage Proof of Performance (POP) contract needs
- Assist with execution of Programmatic Contracts
- Confirm data accuracy and validity in internal systems, external systems and excel spreadsheets
- Work with the Finance Team to assist with the billing process
- Assist the West Coast Sales Team (Working Hours 11:00AM-7:30PM)

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excels in time management and prioritization of tasks
