Channel Marketing Manager (Academic)
As an Academic Channel Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns to help drive sales for adoptable product from our Professional Development business unit. You will develop strategic marketing plans for our Education and Behavioral Health product to help drive adoption sales and generate leads at 2 and 4-year colleges and universities. In this position, you’ll be work collaboratively with Global Education Sales Teams, Global Education Direct Marketing, and Marketing Managers across the businesses to leverage resources and maximize sales results. •Must have at least 5 years of proven marketing or sales experience, preferably in Higher Education Publishing•Ability to create collaborative working relationships. •Needs to be able to prioritize and make strong business decisions based on the information at hand.•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable making presentations.•Familiar with marketing tools, trends, and technologies.•Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.•Some travel is required to meet with both key accounts and for sales meetings.Please include cover letter with salary requirements and resume.
