•You’ll oversee the health of the clients’ businesses and seeking ways to expand the business by leading strategy development across all social channels, as well as its connectivity to both traditional and digital media. You’ll be responsible for the development and growth of the team you lead, ensuring they are effectively meeting their goals and responsibilities as well as helping to nurture their career paths.
You will be accountable for:
•Working with the Executive Director to lead strategy and develop campaigns for client businesses and ensuring that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client’s objectives and strategies
•Working with analysts to Identify insights from social listening and general research data to inform strategy development
•Developing digital marketing/communications strategy for clients overall business objectives and campaign goals
•Demonstrating full understanding of client’s businesses and proactively bringing new opportunities that align with business needs
•Continually seeking innovative and breakthrough ideas, approaches and solutions
•Recognizing upcoming social platforms and trend spotting
•Working with the team to lead strategic client presentations, as well as approve direction and final tactical recommendations

•Conceptualizing and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns
•Presenting innovative, business building digital recommendations
•Responsible for holding team accountable for all implemented programs
•Ensuring client satisfaction with programs
•Overseeing the social community management process
•Organizing and sparking creative ideation and social program development
•Having the ability to instill confidence when client facing. Be able to build a rapport quickly with both colleagues and clients alike
•Mentoring and provide training to internal and external constituencies on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for social networks
•Delegating work effectively so as to not only teach direct reports, but to also deliver seamless work to client
•Guiding and counseling team on day-to-day activities
•Fostering an environment which encourages intelligent risk taking, innovation and creativity


•Extensive experience managing a client services team, account management and social media strategy
•7 plus years of related digital marketing/communications planning experience with focus on social media marketing, digital PR and content creation
•Strong experience in the entertainment space, including television and/or theatrical
•Deep understand of social listening/analytics/management tools, including: SproutSocial, SocialGuide, Radian 6, Visible Technologies, Sysomos, Simply Measured, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics and Google Analytics
•Bachelor’s Degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred
•Possess and demonstrate excellent understanding of social media and its connectivity to all media, both traditional and digital
•Demonstrate sharp, critical thinking and effective problem solving skills
•Ability to work within and effectively manage a team, prioritizing and organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports
•Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work
•Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Show ability in training and leadership capability
•Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business
