Role and Responsibilities

Yonder Music LLC is seeking an energetic and intuitive Senior Marketing Manager with exceptional leadership and communication skills with proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. The ideal candidate will be experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development, adept in both online and traditional marketing, and highly skilled in visual communications. They will execute the digital campaign spanning promotion, social strategy, community engagement, e-commerce, and partnership opportunities and will continually look for new opportunities, services and platforms with which to partner and/or utilize.

Responsibilities include:

?Develop marketing plan and budget with detailed internal/external resource requirements for the development and implementation of all marketing efforts to meet organizational objectives.
?Responsible for all aspects of project, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures.
?Manage relationship with public relations firm, strategic partners and third-party vendors.
?Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership.
?Conduct marketing surveys on current and new service concepts.
?Provide feedback into product development and service; collaborate to create, launch and track performance.
?Work with creative team on production of all online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, mobile development and video production from the initial concept to finished product.
?Keeping up to date with the latest intel on mobile marketing opportunities by attending relevant conferences, subscribing to blogs, webcasts etc and effectively communication opportunities to the wider team.
?Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences.

Required Skills / Special Qualifications
?5-7 years of professional marketing experience
?Ability to drive digital marketing programs with a strong understanding of online program development, execution, measurement and optimization
?Have a firm grasp of the latest developments in mobile marketing techniques, methodology and practice and knowledge of various music applications.
?Ability to handle and optimize high level strategic partners
?Must be proficient with using Excel, PowerPoint and be comfortable with collaboration and asset management tools like MS Project, Basecamp, Box and the like.

?Must thrive in a team environment, but be able to take initiative and work independently.
?Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
?Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
