Seeking a high energy, organized, multi-tasker to assume responsbility for digital properties at a growing financial site; NY location. The Ad Ops Coordinator is responsible for all operations related to the support of CFO.com, including email campaigns, whitepapers, newsletters, banner ads and other products as needed. Work closely with all teams including sales and marketing to produce successful campaigns and reporting. Position includes RFP assistance, campaign setup/executiion, testing, optimization, tracking, monthly reconciliation of campaigns, and production responsibilities.

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in AD Ops
Familiarity with ad management platforms. 24/7 Real Media OAS familiarity a plus
Familiarity with deployment programs.
Project management/organizational excellence
Excel proficiency, MS office Suite
Basic HTML and search skills
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills
