We are looking for an exceptional and energetic social media marketer with a passion for film and culture to lead social strategy and management on behalf of our entertainment clients and innovation initiatives.

This role goes beyond community management to include playing a critical role in the creative process, shaping campaign strategy, driving consumer and business insights, and championing the use of new platforms and technologies across our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Strategy Development
-Determine core tone and positioning for projects.
-Create social media content and influencer recommendations to connect with audiences and build community around client campaigns.
-Continuously seek innovative and creative ideas to meet client needs and drive the overall campaign strategy.
-Content Creation and Management
-Identify interesting and effective content ideas directly associated and related to campaigns.
-Work closely with account team to achieve all client goals and promotional objectives via social.
-Create and foster relationships with audiences and build social media outreach programs to increase reach & engagement.
-Develop messaging for filmmakers, talent and influencers for use on personal social media accounts.
-Liaise between the client and the BOND Creative Team to ensure any creative deliverables are produced and client needs are met for social channels such as memes, timeline images, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
-A minimum of 2 years as a social media manager. Expertise with Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit, Instagram and all major social platforms. Passion for developing creative visual content, including memes and gifs.
-Excellent writing, editing, email and verbal skills.
-Expert use of PowerPoint.
-Familiarity with the major social advertising platforms – specifically Google Adwords, Google Adwords Editor, Facebook Advertising and Twitter Ads.
-Stays current on the ever-changing intricacies of the digital landscape including Social Media, Mobile, Apps, Tablet, SEO/SEM, Display, Product Development, e-Commerce, etc.
-Strong ability to self-organize and prioritize.
-An interest in mentoring and leading by example to help create future leaders.
-Flexible and adaptable, eager to work in a small and fast-paced working environment.
-Shows an enthusiastic attitude, as well as a contagiously genuine desire to succeed.
-Is a team player that is driven to collaborate with the client and colleagues.
-Understands the basic principles of marketing and advertising. Possesses a knowledge of the disciplines underlying these principles e.g. economics, journalism, psychology
