Are your bookshelves organized by color? Do you live for weekend DIY projects, make a mean margarita and know the difference between mid-century modern and contemporary? TheNest.com (sister site of TheKnot.com) is looking for a talented community coordinator to interact with and manage our online community.

You must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, perform outstanding customer service, and staying calm under pressure must be part of your DNA. You thrive on being part of a collaborative team and are always up for a quick (or mega) brainstorming session.

The ideal candidate must be obsessed with decorating and food. Plus:

- 2+ years of experience working with online audiences acting as not only a moderator, but a customer service liaison on forums/message boards

- Maintaining message boards as well as live chats

- Recognizing and recruiting community users to act as moderators from within the community

- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment, either independently or as part of a team and a collaborative spirit

- Experience with online giveaways and other marketing promotions a plus

- Excellent writing skills and knowledge of online communities a must
