Overview

The PPC Digital Media Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development and , day-to-day management of all paid search campaigns and integration with media(SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), web analytics and SEO management. He/she will work closely with account management teams to ensure paid digital strategies align to clients’ goals and messaging. This position will work across teams to promote and improve digital engagement. The Supervisor must be solution-focused and able to lead and communicate strategy development, and implementation of client-specific paid search campaigns.

Responsibilities
•Work closely with media planners and assistant planners to develop paid media strategies that support clients’ overall online marketing goals.
•Develop and traffic digital media campaigns, and implementation for AdWords, Bing Ads, and Facebook Advertising. Improve campaign performance through regular optimization, including creative testing, bidding, keyword development, and audience management.
•Manage day to day communication with client when needed, for all things paid search focused, including best practices, presentation decks and assisting with strategy plans
•Monitor PPC trends, best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth, identify new opportunities
•Work with the Media Director, and account teams to review and improve efficiencies, communications, deliverables and client service as it relates to digital.
•Work with the digital media and account teams to ensure:
?Accurate and timely reporting/systems maintenance and communication
?Clear design and deployment of reporting dashboards
?Functioning data integration and aggregation from ad servers, site analytic tools, publishers and other data sources
?Database development and maintenance
?Effective presentation of results and learnings
•Manage client SEM/SEO media schedules and reconcile against budgets. Develop and implement improvements to processes.
•Work with clients and with internal development teams to produce, traffic, and test conversion tags.
•Foster relationship with lead search engine partners (Google, Bing, and Facebook) and provide insights and updates on their offerings;
•Identify inefficiencies/gaps in media management. When appropriate, recommend third-party tools and vendors to improve agency’s media management and efficiency.
•Oversee the Media Coordinator in:
oOwning bid management;
oDeveloping, maintaining, optimizing keyword sets
oInitiating and guiding landing page strategies;
•Prioritizes tasks to meet scheduled deadlines.
•Researches and prepares special projects as required

Qualifications

•BS/BA or equivalent business experience required
•5+ years in paid digital media management
•Proven ability to develop and optimize paid marketing campaigns.
•Expert-level proficiency in Google AdWords, Bing ads, and Excel. Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Analytics, third-party ad servers, and SEM trafficking/management platforms.
•Understanding of cookie technology and conversion tracking
•Experience working with non-profit higher education clients preferred
•Effective communication skills both, written and oral
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
•Able to work independently and in a team environment
•Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented
