The president of a boutique PR agency is seeking an office manager/executive assistant with at least 5+ years experience as an administrative assistant and strong computer and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate: Someone with a great sense of humor, a bit of patience, a pleasant and professional manner, super detail oriented and experienced in dealing with all kinds of people. Strong writing skills (mostly memos and office communication, but sometimes communication with clients) and an ability to work in a fast- paced environment are a must, as well.

The job is a part executive assistant, part office manager. Responsibilities range from making personal and professional appts for the president to proofing proposals and contracts, keeping track of employee documents, coordinating staff birthdays and anniversary celebrations, helping on-board new employees, working with an HR consultant, researching new business promotions, ordering office supplies and dealing with outside vendors like printers, computer consultants and more. Experience on excel and powerpoint is helpful. If you are flexible, open and have a great attitude, you'll thrive in this job.
